The extruder of both models have the following similarities and differences:
<The extruder of Model 210F>
1. The logo is not printed on the extruder cover.
2. A nozzle can be replaced by extruder module disassembly.
<The extruder of Model 220C>
1. The logo is printed on the extruder cover.
2. With the nozzle kit, it is easier for customers to replace a nozzle without disassembling the extruder module
(reducing maintenance costs of customers and shortening a repair schedule)
* Output features of the above two extruders may be different at some points due to the nozzle exposure (rubber shape) and internal structure.
* Model 210F and 220C are compatible by the extruder module unit.
Auto-leveling is carried out in such a way that it applies an electric current to the silver part of the bed surface. Cleaning the extruder can solve this problem.

Solution 2) Extruder Nozzle Kit Replacement (See the detailed method ☞ Click)
1. 1. Unload the fitted filament. (See the detailed method ☞ Click)
1-1. [OK button] > Prepare > Unload Filament
1-2. Set temp items based on the currently fitted filament. (ABS 240°, PLA 210°)
1-3. Select Unload Start when the 'wait' phrase disappears.
1-4. After the printer automatically performs the unloading motion, when the phrase, 'Pull Out Filament' appears on the screen, open the printer top cover, press the left lever of the extruder, and remove the filament.
* The printer is set to the high temperature for filament unloading. The nozzle part is very hot, so make sure to wear gloves from this time.
2. Open the top cover of the extruder and loosen the mounting bolt in the center.
3. Move the extruder to the right and detach it from the axis.
4. Use the socket wrench tool to remove the nozzle kit at the bottom of the extruder.
(The socket wrench tool is in the toolbox.)
5. Prepare the nozzle kit to replace.
* It is recommended to keep an extra nozzle kit at all times.
6. Fix the nozzle kit using the socket wrench tool. (The socket wrench tool is in the toolbox.)
* Excessive force may cause damage.
7. Insert the extruder from right to left and fix it to the axis.
8. Fix it with a mounting bolt.
9. Close the extruder cover.
10. The extruder nozzle kit has been replaced successfully.

In some cases, the temperature for the filament you want to use is not set, so please check again.
Also, it is recommended to check because it is related to the cleaning of the extruder or the nozzle life.

2. Turn off the printer power.
3. Loosen the extruder top mounting bolt until it is lifted slightly.
4. Hold both sides of the bottom by hand and apply a slight downward force to separate them.
5. Remove the nozzle kit at the extruder bottom using the socket wrench tool. (The socket wrench tool is in the toolbox.)
6. Prepare the nozzle kit to replace. * It is recommended to keep an extra nozzle kit at all times.
7. Fix the nozzle kit using the socket wrench tool. (The socket wrench tool is in the toolbox.)
* Excessive force may cause damage.
8. Insert the extruder, that the nozzle has been replaced, from the bottom aligning with the fan hole.
9. Fix the extruder top mounting bolt.
10. Power on the printer.
11. Cut off the end of the filament to make the supply smooth.
12. With the left lever pressed, insert the filament until it is no longer inserted (approximately 10 cm).

▶ Notes
A nozzle is consumables.
The replacement is recommended every six months for 3D printer businesses and every one year for individual users.
However, the replacement cycle may vary depending on the usage.
The additional nozzle is included in the toolbox as a basic component when purchasing a printer.
An additional purchase is available at the Cubicon website or retail stores.
For model 210F, the nozzle tip replacement is conducted at the extruder repair center.

Please apply grease to the Z-axis motor screw to solve this problem.
It is a problem caused by incorrect settings with the printer in use.
You can solve it by setting as follows at Cubicator4:
Settings > Preferences > Equipment > Select a printer in use
Solution 1) Adjust two options
Simple errors can be corrected by adjusting options.
(1) Setting > Preferences > Rendering > Check the box of Drawing the Back
(Uncheck it first if it was checked, then recheck it.)
(2) Check Detailed Options > Nash Adjustment > Model Adjustment (Keep Disconnected Faces)
After adjusting the above two options, preview the output by clicking the [Output Preparation].
If the error is still not corrected, follow the below Solution 2.
Solution 2) Modifying the modeling file to a complete solid shape
If it is not a simple error that can be corrected by just adjusting the options, please correct the modeling file itself to the perfect solid shape and retry.
Occasionally, a file breaks while saving an STL file.
Please save the file again and check.
The message Read Error is caused by a bad connection with an SD card.
The problem is likely to be terminal contact of the SD card, so you can use another SD card to fix the problem.
Please note that if the SD card is released during printing, the printing operation will be automatically canceled.

All of the filaments of Cubicon use a machine-winding method, and they are thoroughly inspected to prevent them from being shipped twisted or tangled before shipment.
However, there may be a problem depending on how to use/store the filament, so please fully understand the following precautions.
- The filament is weak against moisture. If it is not in use, please store it in the provided zipper pack (it includes a dehumidifying agent).
- If it is the first use of the filament, be careful the filament is not released when removing the fastening tape.
- When using the filament for the first time, the end is bent a lot, so cut with scissors and use it.
At this time, hold the part that does not cut and cut it using scissors to prevent tangling.
- Insert the filament end that is not inserted into the equipment into a nearby spool hole.
- Tangling may occur if the filament is stored untied. If the filament is already loose, loosen it up enough additionally and then rewind it.
