[Single Plus] The screen (LCD) displays in white.

The LCD is defective. You can replace the LCD by yourself or apply for a repair at the Cubicon Customer Service Center.

1. Lift the LCD from the front after pushing the LCD slightly from the back and detach it.

2. Disconnect the inner cable of the LCD.

3. Use a precise screwdriver to loosen four bolts.

4. Separate the LCD and its housing by applying force to the hand.

5. Prepare the LCD to replace and assemble it with the housing.

6. Tighten four bolts using a precise screwdriver.

7. Reconnect the disconnected cable inside the LCD.

8. Fit it into the printer well by applying force to the hand.

[Single Plus] The screen (LCD) touch and operation are not working.

If the environment around the printer is too hot, the liquid crystal touch on the upper part may not work.

We recommend you to use the printer indoors and in pleasant space.

If the problem persists despite the pleasant surroundings, please performs the following solutions in order.

Solution 1) In case of a firmware bug

Download the latest version of firmware: Cubicon Website > Technical Support > Technical Data Room

[Single] I'm using a filament from another company, but the filament does not come out.

Please check the proper service temperature standard of the filament from another company.

Even with the same type of filament, the appropriate service temperature standards may differ from those of Cubicon.

If you are using several filaments (ABS, PLA, TPU, etc.) with one extruder, the extruder cleaning is essential when replacing with another type of filament.

[Single] The filament does not come out when Loading/Unloading.

The problem can be solved by cleaning the extruder and replacing the nozzle tip.

[Single] The extruder temperature does not rise.

This problem can be solved by replacing it with a spare extruder.

If the problem persists after replacing the extruder, the extruder heater may be faulty, so please get it examined.

Please separate the extruder and apply for the repair to the Cubicon Customer Service Center.

[Single] The temperature for the nozzle and bed does not rise, and the bed temperature is displayed as def.

It is a bed and board related failure. Please apply for the repair to the Cubicon Customer Service Center.

[Single] It says database storage error.

Errors that occur when or during the use of Cubicreator are primarily errors in the process of storing or creating database files,

or problems caused by program crashes.

First of all, shut down the Cubicreator program. You can resolve this matter by deleting the Cubicreator folder from My Documents on your computer.

However, please be aware that your work history will be deleted at this time.

[Single] There is a difference between modeling and output.

If the modeling file is not in the perfect solid shape, the output may be printed partially different shape than the modeling file.

Solution 1) Adjust two options

Simple errors can be corrected by adjusting options.

(1) Setting > Preferences > Rendering > Check the box of Drawing the Back

(Uncheck it first if it was checked, then recheck it.)

(2) Check Detailed Options > Nash Adjustment > Model Adjustment (Keep Disconnected Faces)

After adjusting the above two options, preview the output by clicking the [Output Preparation].

If the error is still not corrected, follow the below Solution 2.

Solution 2) Modifying the modeling file to a complete solid shape

If it is not a simple error that can be corrected by just adjusting the options, please correct the modeling file itself to the perfect solid shape and retry.

[Single] The message, Read Error, is displayed.

The message Read Error is caused by a bad connection with an SD card.

The problem is likely to be terminal contact of the SD card, so you can use another SD card to fix the problem.

Please note that if the SD card is released during printing, the printing operation will be automatically canceled.

[Single] I can't operate the button after I inserted the SD card.

You can format the SD card (FAT32 format) or use another SD card to fix the problem

[Single] The filament keeps twisting in the filament box.

All of the filaments of Cubicon use a machine-winding method, and they are thoroughly inspected to prevent them from being shipped twisted or tangled before shipment.

However, there may be a problem depending on how to use/store the filament, so please fully understand the following precautions.

- The filament is weak against moisture. If it is not in use, please store it in the provided zipper pack (it includes a dehumidifying agent).

- If it is the first use of the filament, be careful the filament is not released when removing the fastening tape.

- When using the filament for the first time, the end is bent a lot, so cut with scissors and use it.

At this time, hold the part that does not cut and cut it using scissors to prevent tangling.

- Insert the filament end that is not inserted into the equipment into a nearby spool hole.

- Tangling may occur if the filament is stored untied. If the filament is already loose, loosen it up enough additionally and then rewind it.
