[Single Plus] The cooling fan does not work smoothly.
Remove the extruder and check if it works smoothly by blowing the wind to the cooling fan.
If the cooling fan does not work smoothly, check the following three things in order:
1. Check for filament debris inside the cooling fan
Remove the cooling fan cover and check the inside. You can solve the problem by simply removing any jammed filament debris by hand.
2. Check if the cable is interfering.
Remove the cooling fan cover and organize the cables that interfere with the cooling fan operation to solve the problem.
3. Check if the cool fan cover is tightened too hard.
This problem can be solved by loosening the screw of the corresponding fan cover a little bit.

5. Remove the nozzle kit at the extruder bottom using the socket wrench tool. (The socket wrench tool is in the toolbox.)
6. Prepare the nozzle kit to replace.
* It is recommended to keep an extra nozzle kit at all times.
7. Fix the nozzle kit using the socket wrench tool. (The socket wrench tool is in the toolbox.)
* Excessive force may cause damage.
8. Insert the extruder, that the nozzle has been replaced, from the bottom aligning with the fan hole.
9. Fix the extruder top mounting bolt.
10. Power on the printer.
11. Cut off the end of the filament to make the supply smooth.
12. With the left lever pressed, insert the filament until it is no longer inserted (approximately 10 cm).

<How to replace the mainboard by oneself>
1. Power off the printer.
2. Use a phillips screwdriver to loosen the four bolts on the back of the printer and lift the cover from the bottom and open it.
3. Disconnect the cables connected to the mainboard with a hand.
4. Loosen the four bolts with a phillips screwdriver and separate the mainboard from the printer.
5. The mainboard has been separated successfully.
6. Prepare the mainboard to be replaced and position it in the empty mainboard area.
7. Tighten the four bolts with a phillips screwdriver and attach the mainboard to the printer.
8. Connect all disconnected cables. *At this time, let the X-axis cable go under the monitor cable.
9. Cover the back of the printer and tighten the four bolts to finish.
