The leveling of bed plate and its distance from the nozzle are significant factors for printing quality. Easy maintenance
with self-checkup of core components
FFF-type 3D printer is heated up at high temperature and cools down the heating with the fan. therefore, the malfunction of heater or fan may cause the problem to the printing quality and safety. cubicion style alerts the defect of heater and fac for user to manage the printer properly.
Built-in air filter
(HEPA, Deodorizing filter, Purafil catalyst)
Harmless dusts and impurities can be generated when the plastic material is melted by heat. Cubicon style uses a deodorizing filter, HEPA filter and Purafil catalyst to filter out harmful gas and particles.
HEPA filter = H13 HEPA class, removes at least 99.97% of airborne particles 0.3um in diameter
Deodorizing filter = filter harmful gases
Purafil catalysts = filter organic compounds generated from copy printers
